• Depends on the gen of the ryzen 5 that came with it. Tower doesn’t determine the cpu compatibility, the chipset and bios of the motherboard matters. Check with the motherboard manufacturer specs to see if this cpu is supported.

• There are multiple versions of the HP30L Omen gaming pc. If yours is the version that initially came with an AMD processor, then yes this will work with that computer.
