• Yes this comes with a stock AMD cooler and preapplied thermal paste. It is sufficient for normal operation. If you intend to overclock consider liquid cooling. If you need a compact cooler for an ITX case, consider a low profile CPU cooler like the Noctua NH-L9a. Either will come with preapplied thermal paste as well.

• Comes with pre-applied paste on the stock cooler/fan assembly. That will work fine as long as you're not overclocking and have reasonable airflow in your case.
