Yes. the short answer is yes.
Yes the included cooler will work with this chip especially non overclocked.
Yes, it absolutely is. Impressive TDP on this processor.
Yes but I would recommend a cooler upgrade if you are going to put it through alot of heavy work loads, I ran mine just fine with the stock settings on the stock cooler but it did get warm in heavy loads but never over heated Getting ready to do a custom water loop though
Absolutely YES...! You can even get a nice overclock with it, if you really want to. This is by far a high end cooler as compared to other top grade air coolers. This is not a cheap low quality or budget AIR COOLER... as a bonus it's beautiful with an RGB ring around it.
As long as their is good airflow in the rest of your build you should be fine. It does run a bit hotter than a larger passive cooler or aio water cooler and that will limit some of the turbo speeds, but it will run just fine.
Absolutely. It’s not a cheap cooler like intel gives you.
To be honest, it really depends on the silicone, but for me I have a well ventilated air cooled case and at stock under load hit 4.4 on some cores and doing various testing have seen 4.6 on some cores as well. Please note, the max boost is the best case scenario on SOME (not all) cores. Stock boost will probably never actually hit 4.6GHz all core.
Yes
Yes, AMD doesnt throw in garbage coolers like intel does.
