Asked online chat and was told they are not honoring it on this 3950x. Maybe things will change.
Nope! Just spent around an hour talking to them after purchasing my 3950x, both through online chat and phone. The "From the Manufacturer" page is quite misleading since BB is not honoring the promotion on this CPU, but that's what I believed to be true since I bought mine before the listing even had any pictures for the processor. The promo does not apply to the big ticket item, but buy a 3600x at 1/3 the price and you'll be eligible.
