Putting a $400 CPU in an older machine is not recommended as you'll need TPM 2.0 - that's Trusted Platform Module 2.0 - to run Windows 10 / 11. The MoBo needs an AM4 Socket and good cooling, as well as a 850+ power supply unit (PSU). Boards like the Asus Prime X570 Pro come with a Firmware addition but you could buy a Module yourself and install it in one of your open PCIE slots.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as it uses a PCI-E 16 pin GPU, it definitely will! But the GPU will not run in PCI-E 3.0/4.0 speeds.
