Yes, but remember to turn on the DOCP (XMP equivalent) in your BIOS as you will see the RAM at 2133 until you do. DOCP turned on the 1800 in the FCLK setting , restart and you'll be fine.

Mainly depends on the Motherboard but yes should work I got my 5800x working with 4400 RAM From Crucial.
