The 5000 series processors and 3000/6000 series gpus are all pick up only because it stops scalpers from buy them, and getting them shipped to their place without any actual human proof. Basicity to stop scalpers from scalping cards

NVIDIA has instituted a LHR or Low/Lite Hash Rate version making them unsuitable for the Bitcoin Boys, thus making GPU's available to the Public once again.
