• I run this CPU in a dark hero motherboard with 128gb 3600mbs trident Z royal ram and works flawlessly. Latest bios supports up to 128gb @ 3600MBS

• No, just enable the AMD D.C.O.P and set the overclock to automatic. You should be able to use 3600. The main limiting factor will be what your motherboard supports, check what frequency it supports up to.
