“Why, when I have this item in my cart and am all the way through, payment, shipping, and confirmation, does it suddenly say the item is not available? Why would the item not be reserved for at least a minute? This has been an awful customer experience.”

Hello, we have rules against helping our customers. We believe as a company it will be much more profitable if we just sell to scalpers. why should we save an item for you if we can just sell it to someone else?
