I would say some questions would be to difficult for that age
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, however some of the questions will be beyond their years. Jepardy has history questions , some science questions that stump adults.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If they like gameshows and can answer some of their questions as well as play along then I would suggest it. However my 12 year old doesn't watch gameshows and gets straight A's and it was still a little difficult.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is appropriate for 8 year olds. We have two 8 year olds and they love these games. There is a family mode in each one that makes it easier for them. You can also adjust the time they have to solve the puzzle or answer the question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah I would say they are too hard for them. Wheel of fortune you have to guess every letter, then solve when ever want to - so depends on how well they are at that. In Jeopardy you have multiple choice answers, so at least have a 25% shot at guessing right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a Family Mode that is supposed to be easier. I haven’t tried it yet but I would think so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jeopardy has various categories so some may be easy enough for them to do, but unless they are more advanced, most categories may be challenging for 8-9 year olds. The only thing that helps is that they are multiple choice so you can rule out ridiculous sounding answers and narrow it down to 2 usually.
