A:Answer On Xbox One, if playing locally not online multiplayer, you need to go to the main menu of the Xbox. Go to your profile, scroll down and click add guest. This will make a duplicate of your own user profile but does not affect anything, it is local only. Open Wheel, with second controller powered on, click the A button. The second player is now assigned to that controller.
