• I doubt it, but you could probably find them online or I recommend making your own or searching Etsy. This one is nice, but you could probably make a lot nicer one yourself.

• Typically BB does not reproduce limited preorder bonuses. Your only hope is that they made a ton and they sit around for awhile. Or buy one outright for 19.99 USD
