• Yes you are guaranteed a physical copy when you go pickup your copy at BestBuy. I preordered super smash bros ultimate that way and they put your name on your preordered copy to ensure you get a copy.

• Yes, you will get a copy BUT you got to wait til they send you a text on your phone to pick it up and go to the PICKUP counter. I feel it's better just to go there in person to preorder it instead of doing it online as you get it when the store open that day versus waiting for their text to pick up your preorder. It's weird how they do it like Walmart in which you get your order copy from their distribution center you order versus the store order copy that is MEANT for the store only.
