• It looks like you'll get the $10 in reward certificates, but the phone badge is for the physical copy only. Hope that helps.

• No it doesn't seem like that is an option. Digital doesn't mention the bonus next to it at all if you look. Also if you add it to cart if it did the bonus would show there and again it doesn't. If you try with the physical copy it has it listed next to it and shows up in cart with the physical copy. Short answer no you don't. You're welcome.
