• No. Only Apple's battery shows the percentage. But on the other hand Apple's doesn't have lights indicating the battery percentage which I find helpful so I don't see it as a problem.

• The iPone itself will display as normal. The charger has these lights on the side, that stop illuminating once the power level is decreased.
