Found the answer, my laptop does not support display output through the USB-c port. So this hub will not pass a signal through the hdmi port. Not Anker's fault, just my crap laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you have tried unplugging it from the computer, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in. So the problem is either a faulty hub or display settings on your computer. The HDMI port works fine on mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your message. So sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your hub. We would love to make this right for you. Let's see if the following steps are helpful: 1.Remove all USB devices and cables from the hub and wait for 5 minutes. This will reset the hub. 2.Try another HDMI cable. 3.Try the hub on another PC / laptop. If it doesn’t help, we’re happy to process a warranty claim for you.
