“I cannot get the HDMI port to work on this device. Anyone got any recommendations to get it to work?”

• Found the answer, my laptop does not support display output through the USB-c port. So this hub will not pass a signal through the hdmi port. Not Anker's fault, just my crap laptop.

• I hope you have tried unplugging it from the computer, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in. So the problem is either a faulty hub or display settings on your computer. The HDMI port works fine on mine.
