  • QuestionCan the charger be plugged in to 110/220 volt outlets?

    Asked by Tom.

    • Answer The answer from Anker is incorrect. I bought this device before getting the answer. Now I know. The correct answer is that this device requires a USB charger which does not come with the device. So you recharge the device using a 5 Volt USB charger. If that charger is designed for 110/220 Volt then this device can go anywhere in the world. BTW it charges my Google phone to 100%. Great device.

  • QuestionDoes this work with Iphone 13???

    Asked by MKRK.

    • Answer The Anker Nano Power Bank with Built-in Foldable USB-C Connector is designed primarily for devices that use USB-C for charging. The iPhone 13, however, uses a Lightning connector for charging. To use the Anker Nano Power Bank with an iPhone 13, you would need a USB-C to Lightning cable. If you have this cable, you can connect the USB-C end to the power bank and the Lightning end to your iPhone 13 to charge it effectively. Without the appropriate cable, the power bank would not be directly compatible with the iPhone 13.

    Asked by cat.

    • Answer All of our PowerCores have capacities that meet the requirements to be taken on airplanes as carry-on baggage, but they are not allowed to be transported in checked luggage. Please confirm with your airlines on how many power banks they allow a person to carry on, as most only allow two, and travel requirements are subject to change.
