“How hot does it get when charging all your devices? My current charger(not this one) gets so hot I’m concerned it’s a fire hazard.”

Our customer service team determines these kinds of situations like this; if the product is warm that will be normal! For example if you can hold the product up to your cheek and it feels warm that is fine. If you ever pick the product up and it is so hot you can't even touch it, then I would suggest turning product off and giving us a call. Anker products do have prebuilt safety features to ensure that you wont even get to that point of burning hot. Cheers!

Please try again later.tell u the truth i have not noticed any heat coming from it. i have 2 iphones, 1 note 9, 1 ipad 2, 1 micro usd for wireless charging connected. seems like a welll made product, u paying double for the brand , so am hoping u get for what u pay for. fast charging works as wellon 2 ports i think.
