• One of the ports is regular usb and the other port is usb-c. It charges pretty fast when I use the usb-c to lightening cord with my iPhone, but also works for devices that require regular usb, super convenient!!

• Yes one usb-c Which is used to charge the unit…very slowly. I charge mine with my own usbc cord going to a usbc apple charger. It comes with a usbc to standard usb, no charger included.
