The Anker Power Bank (20,000mAh, 15W, 2-Port) has a USB-C input that supports charging at 18W (9V ⎓ 2A). A 45W charger is technically safe to use for charging this power bank as the power bank will only draw the maximum wattage it is designed to handle (18W). The additional capacity of the charger will not harm the power bank but will remain unused.
