No charging block, but the carry strap is a usb c to usb c cable. The c inputs are used to charge and according to the manual you can use voltages of from 5 to 20vdc - of course 20 would charge faster Manual: Input Up to 20W Max USB-C1 / C2: 5V 3A / 9V 3A / 15V 2A / 20V 1.5A (30W max) not sure of the discrepancy 20w vs 30w
