Power banks with a battery capacity lower than 100 watt-hours (Wh) are permitted on airplanes, and your power bank fits within this guideline. • QuestionNo directions as per first use? Do we charge before using the bank to charge our phone? How long does it take to fully charge? Can it be left charging or should it be removed from charger as soon as charged? Thank you.

    Asked by Photolady.

    • Answer To address your concerns: First Use: There are no special directions for the first use of your power bank. You can charge your phone directly using the USB-A port. The USB-C and Micro USB ports are dedicated only for recharging the power bank itself. Charging the Power Bank: You do not necessarily need to charge the power bank before using it to charge your phone; however, ensuring it has enough charge will deliver optimum performance. You may use the LEDs as indicators of the remaining charge. Time to Fully Charge: The full charging time depends on the specific model and method. For example, for the Anker 733 Power Bank, it takes about 3 hours to recharge fully using either the AC port or USB-C 1 port. Please check your power bank’s manual for specific information applicable to the 20,000mAh model. Leaving it Charging: Once the power bank is fully charged, it is generally fine to leave it connected to the charger. After charging is completed, the LED indicators typically turn off, indicating that it has reached full capacity. However, for safety and efficiency, it is recommended to unplug it once charging is complete. Let me know if you need further clarification!

  • QuestionDoes this have a 2a current output?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Output is dependent on type and number of devices plugged in "USB-C1 / C2: 5V 3A / 9V 3A / 10V 2.25A / 12V 1.5A / 15V 2A / 20V 1.5A (30W max) USB-A: 5V 3A / 9V 2A / 12V 1.5A (18W max)" which is how they can rate it at 30 watts - when charging a 20 volt devices. Most phones are 5vdv so normal output for that is 3 amps (15w). There is a trickle charge setting for use with earbuds and such but don't know what amperage that would be - my guess is less than 1 amp though
