Yes use a voltage converter. We used it it in Italy and had to use a converter to charge it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can recharge it internationally with just a plug adapter. No voltage converter is needed. The power bank itself is charged via a USB‑C charger. Most modern USB‑C chargers (including the one Anker supplies) accept 100–240V AC automatically, covering all standard wall voltages worldwide. As long as your charger is rated for that range (which virtually all are), you only need a physical plug adapter for the outlet. The power bank itself does not directly connect to high voltage, so a converter is unnecessary.
