Is this battery TSA approved for airplane flights? null

My brother and I own this power bank and he has taken it on flights to Mexico and back with no problems.

I’m not sure if it is approved however I flew a couple weeks ago and TSA has no issue with it being in my carry on

Yes, apparently it's the largest you can take on the plane - according to a sales person and we had no problems taking it on the plane.
