Yes, according to TSA regulation, power bank ONLY can packed in the carry-on bags. NOT allowed in checked bags. This model capacity is under 100Wh, it won’t be a problem as long as it is in carry-on. The largest power bank I carry on a commercial aircraft was 26800mah which converted about 97Wh. For more detail please refer to 49 CFR 175.10(a)(18)
