Is this the 30W or the 45W version? null

Neither, it's "15W" ... Watts = Voltage * Amperage. 5V * 3A = 15W. But that's not the key number in recharging. You want mAh, in this case 26,800. The higher the number, the more power it stores and thus the more it will charge other items.
