• The PD port output of this power bank is 45W, thus it can charge a Macbook Air. This item can charge Microsoft Surface Book as well, just not at a full speed, it might be a bit slower than using the OEM adapter.

• You will be able to charge your laptop if it has a usb-c port. Check your laptop specifications to see if your laptop has this port. I hope this helps.
