“Was able to use it last month. Charged it and tried charging my Samsung A52 but it doesnt work. I changed cables, tried other gadgets but still none. I can still charge the powerbank itself. I connect it to my phone and turn it on but it doesnt work.”

It may be the cord not all the way in the charger usb port..it seems all the way in..but if you push alittle moreee it snaps
