Is this charger compatible with an android? null

I seem to be able to charge my Android only using USB C to USB C cable which luckily came with the phone. The USB A to USB C cable it came with can only be used to charge the device itself. The two USB A ports don't do anything??

It has two USB B ports and one USB C port to charge from, as long as one of the connectors can connect, yes.
