On most android devices you can simply use the cable that comes with the charger to charge the battery and reverse that cable to charge the phone.

As for Powercore slim 10000 PD, you can use one PD wall charger to fast recharge it (about 4.5 hours using an 18W PD adapter). In addition to one standard USB-A output port, the slim 10000 PD also has a PD output port, so it can fast charge your phone which supports PD charging technology.
