The Milliamperes means the battery capacity - measured in milliamp-hours (mAh). It denotes how much of a charge that the battery inside the power bank is supposed to hold. For example, the iPhone 11's battery is 3110mAh, the 10,000mAh power bank can charge iPhone 11 for 2 times after a full recharge; the 20,000 mAh power bank can charge the iPhone 11 for 4-4.5 times. Normally the power bank burns 30% of their power when they are charging other devices. So the PowerCore 10000 has 10,000mah of power, but the power left for charing your device is in fact 6,000 - 7,000mah.
