The Anker web site states it delivers 18 watts on USB-C and 12 watts on USB-A. It will do that simultaneously. It will not do 30 watts on USB-C alone. I have used it to charge my iPhone and iPad without any issues.

The Type C will have 18W of power, while the USB-A will have 12W. Keep in mind though, if your car is older, the port may not be able to output the full 30W to the charger.
