Probably not, depending on what you're trying to do. This cable connects USB-C to USB 2.0 for data. If you're wondering if you can change a USB-C based phone off of it, I would say probably not. Mostly because the USB 2 spec provides less power than USB-C does. It *might( work, but it also might be insufficient.
