• Power = AMPS * VOLTAGE. The charger states that it has 9 VOLTS and 2 AMPS. 9V * 2A is 18 Watts. This is not a 18 VOLT charger. It is a 9 VOLT charger, however it is a 18 WATT power brick. I think you have your units messed up. It is 18 W not 18V

• No. It's an 18W charger and will output 5V 3A or 9V 2A.
