• I have the same thing. No wireless charger works unless I remove the metal plate. You have to decide which is more useful to you, the plate or wireless charging.

• The phone will not charge if it has a metal plate where the coil is, to make it work you would have to remove the plate or move the plate away from the charging coil.

• The magnetic plate will most likely interfere with charging. Thickness of the plate is also a factor.
