“Does the rubber pad that slips on the base come with this unit? I wish to buy with that handy rubber pad, holds charger in place when plugged in to a wall 120v receptacle. If it comes with the charger, I will buy from you. Pls advise, Thanks”

The Anker Prime 150W 4-Port Charger is a desktop charger, not a wall plug. It comes with a separate AC power cord that connects to a 120V wall outlet, so it sits on a desk or table. Because of this design, it does not include a rubber pad or silicone sleeve to hold it in place on a wall outlet (since it doesn’t plug directly into the outlet). It does have non-slip rubber feet on the bottom to keep it stable on a flat surface, but that’s not the same as the silicone wall-grip sleeve you’re describing. If you’re looking for a high-power Anker charger that plugs directly into a wall outlet and comes with (or supports) a stabilizing silicone sleeve, you might want to look at the Anker Prime 100W GaN Wall Charger (3-Port) — that model is sometimes bundled with a silicone grip pad to help it stay secure in the socket.
