• When you originally set the device up you have to be on your home wifi. When you want to see the video you have to hit the red icon on phone screen then hit Dashcam video picture.

• Had the same problem at first!! Uninstall and reinstall the app And put the camera to default settings, Make sure that the WIFI IS ON!!
