“Will this allow me to jump start "dead" battery or does battery need to have min. residual charge (i.e. 2A) as some "jump boxes" require? Not sure exact state of my battery (car sat few weeks & won't start. Guessing integrated security system drained it).”

Kate I’m not sure-I just brought a brand new battery a month ago-my car would not do anything-so I brought this portable jumpstart and the car crunk up-so my problem is obviously something else-hope this help
