“It says is on fast charger but when I plug it in it doesn't tell me it's fast charging why is that?”

• Mine fast charges fine. If yours isn't, it's likely your car port isn't putting out enough power, or your USB cable isn't rated for fast charging. Try a better cable and a different car/port.

• Make sure youre using the QC3.0 port, not the IQ port. This charger only has 1 port that supports Qualcomm Quick Charging.

• It is a fast charge depending what slot you are plugged into. It usually will not say fast charge on your phone.

• There are two charging modes, maybe try the bottom one. My daughter’s iPad only accepts one of the ports which charges super fast.

• The item does not allow wireless fast charging. Only regular wireless charging. Disappointing as advertised for fast charge.
