QuestionThe frequency range in the data sheet is 87.5 - 108 MHz. I can't tune it below 88.1 MHz with the app or built-in controls. Every frequency above 88.1 is unusable due to interference. How do I access the full range?

QuestionThe product works fine when car is parked, as soon as I start driving, transmitter doesnt work well. I cannot hear the song. Though in my car normal FM1,2 and AM works fine which means my car’s receiver doesn’t have any problem. How to solve this?

- Answer If you get a call, you have to change your radio station to 88.1, or 88.3, whichever device pairs with. Once you do that, you can what phone and talk through your car radio.

QuestionI’ve had this transmitter for awhile and never had problems. But suddenly it won’t connect to a station. On the screen it switches back and forth to the usual startion and random letters and won’t connect. If there a way I can reset it or something?

- Answer I had that problem inactivate seeing it up. I restarted my phone and disabled blew tooth on my phone. I then set up the device and turned Bluetooth back on my phone and it repaired

QuestionMy phone and the device are pairing but the Roav won’t play anything on my radio. I’m choosing the same “white noise” station and have tried multiples. I never heard a voice say “pairing” or “pairing successful “ What am I doing wrong??

- Answer Try different stations. Mine did the same thing and it took a while to get a station that works. Still don't hear a voice though but it syncs just fine.
