No. This is only an expansion battery for the C1000 or C1000X. It cannot power anything on its own. A C1000 may not be able to power the air conditioner either. Your AC consumes just under 1400 watts, but there is no indication as to whether or not this is a peak power draw (such as, when the AC is first turned on and there is an inrush of current), or continuously after turn on (in which there might be a higher output peak that exceeds the rating of the C1000). The best way to find out is to use a Kill-A-Watt energy meter on your AC to see how much power it uses, both at startup and while running. Even so, if the wattage is continuous, the 1056 Wh rating would only run the AC for about 45 minutes on the C1000 alone, or 90 minutes by adding the BP1000 expansion battery. At that price you could get a gas generator for less money.
