“I got mine today, paired them, working great, BUT once I play music from my Ipod via bluetooth, the sound bar on my Ipod disappears and I cannot lower the volume. The earbuds are on full blast - hurts my ears. What am I missing, any advice? TX!”

• Your volume of the buds should be visible on the device and turn it down from the Ipod.

• Go in settings Bluetooth info on headphones they should have controls there
