• Yes. I paired it to my wife's Galaxy Note 8, no problems. FYI, It will also pair with a Wear OS smartwatch. I paired it to my Fossil Explorist without any issues.

• They should. They are bluetooth 5.0 and I have tested them with Apple iphone. Works great.
