• With the app from soundcore you can now configure the controls on the earbuds to increase or decrease the volume on your device.

• Just like the others said, you can't control the volume. Others said you can control the play and skip but it is touchy and I am still not sure of which ear bud does what. That is really my only complaint about them. Overall good if you are controlling thru iwatch or iphone.

• Yeah if you want buds that can do that try skull candys true wireless buds, however, they have a repeated complaint about being too soft. Also these buds can skip tracks and pause music with touch controls but do not have any touch integration for volume control

• You have to control the volume through the device you are using. You can however control the music through the earbuds.
