“Can these be turned off when there not in the charging case? And if they can, how do I turn them off?”

• Yes they can. Place and hold a finger on the sensor on either bud and wait for the audible indicator to sound. The tone you hear sounds like something powering down.

• Yes they can, you will need to press and hold for a good amount of time, like 7 to 10 seconds; but they do turn off

• Yes. Press and hold the button on each earpiece for 3-5 seconds. They will blink red then stop blinking either red or blue. That"s how you know they're off. No blue or red flashes/blinks.
