• Thats because this item is a BestBuy Exclusive. This item launched roughly 3/4 months ago, no app feature.

• The Zolo Liberty earbuds are the same product. Soundcore is just the product name of the version Best Buy carries

• I had the same question, but this particular pair are only at Best Buy. Honestly they are the better pair out of the bunch in my opinion. Charging pod is still pretty compact for the size you get.
