Thank you so much for writing. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need! Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not: - Delete the "Soundcore Liberty" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to. - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5 seconds until you see a red light, indicating they shut off. - Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and look for a white light on the earbuds. - Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly. - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select "Soundcore Liberty" to pair.
