“What is the latency factor of this transmitter i.e. I want to use it to transmit signal from my guitar amplifier to my bluetooth headset...but it needs to be FAST with little to no delay from striking the guitar strings to the sound in my headset.”

If you want low latency and fast response, sadly, you will not want this unit. I'm returning it for just those reasons.
