• Anova offers both 2 rolls in the box OR bags. The rolls are 11"x19.6' and can be cut to the size you need. Two rolls in the box. The precut bags are 8.6"x11.8" with 50 in the box.

• Its 11 inchs wide the two rolls have more than enough to last a while. I use it daily for veggies and meats and have yet to use half of one roll good buy you can customize the size you want.
