The Clearstream 2 Max differs from the Clearstream 2 V in a couple of key ways. The Clearstream 2 Max is easier to assemble and is more multi-directional than the Clearstream 2 V.

The Clearstream 2 V has a 70° pickup path from the front of the antenna with a 3-leaf pattern from the rear of the antenna. The Clearstream 2 Max has a 70° pickup path from the front and back.

This one includes an indoor stand, which the older 2V does not. This one is also less directional than the 2V, which allows you more flexibility in positioning. Although that also means the gain is a little bit less in the direction of the TV station compared to the 2V.
